Users Chatroom

Product Review

You may post or submit reviews and comments (“Content”) of the products, so long as such Content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. Applicable Laws

The Terms of Use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between CNAI and you with respect to your use of this Site. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Use, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of this agreement, and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and of the laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute is to be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the judicial district of Quebec City, Province of Quebec.
